PMS Clan is a large organization that relies on community volunteers for our leadership roles. Volunteering is a great way to gain valuable connections and experiences for those looking to expand their resume, get involved in the industry or make a contribution. Many of our members have used their experience to move on in their careers, including the gaming industry. You can find our members at companies like Twitch, Blizzard, Ubisoft, Razer, Microsoft, Dell and more—and it all started by volunteering!

All groups and squads will be approved by the Clan Leaders. After you create your group/squad, you will receive a notification letting you know your group/squad is pending approval. The Clan Leaders receive a notification each time a group/squad is created.
You can create a group/squad on your own, partner up with other members and form a group/squad together, or just join a group/squad

A squad is pretty much the same as a division, but with more flexibility and creative freedom in its creation and management:
The rules and structure of the squads are dependant on the squad’s owner and admins rather than a clan-wide structure. Squad Leaders will decide:
Whether or not to manage or log hours/sessions
Whether or not to have squad staff
Whether or not to have their own staff and squad handbooks
Whether or not to recruit and what the recruitment process will be
What their squad will be:
Casual
Structured
Competitive
Streaming/Content gaming group
Podcast group
Etc.
Multiple squads can center around the same games
People can be a part of and manage multiple squads

No, this community is focused on inclusivity for all and aims to be a home for all players who believe in our mission. We are a women's diversity group, so it’s important that women know who the other women are, so anyone that self identifies as female is referenced as PMS Clan and others as PMS Clan Ally. But we are one clan and play, compete and support each other.

Much like how we oversee the divisions and community now, moderators/Generals will have access to squad channels (Discord) and squad pages (website) and report any squad member/squad found to be breaking our Code of Conduct.

Members can report a squad(s)/squad member(s) for breaking our Code of Conduct using an automated reporting/ticketing system within the website and our Discord server. If a squad/squad memeber is reported for engaging in or encouraging anything that goes against our Code of Conduct, and it is found to be true, that squad and/or members will be removed.
Anything outside of the Code of Conduct, including personal drama, minor issues, and squad-related issues/squabbles, should be handled within the squad. Under this structure, members can decide to leave a squad and create their own.

All of our currently active Divisions (PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One) can be found in the “Want to join PMS Clan or H2O Clan?” section of the forums. To find a Division on your platform of choice, simply click on that platform name.
Don't worry, if the game you're playing isn't an active division of the clan, that doesn't mean we can't play it. You can suggest a division or hop onto our discord and ask the community to play. If enough people are playing it and someone wants to step up as a leader it can even become an active diviions with the full support of the clan!

H2O Clan was the original name of PMS Clan Allies. We changed the name to evolve with the times and be more inclusive to promote a message of unity and integration. H2O still means a lot to our members and you will still find some of our members sporting the tag today as the tag is grandfathered in.

Any group and squad that has at least 8 or more (subject to change) members will be given their own category and channels within the PMS Clan Discord server. Unfortunately, because we are limited to 500 channels/categories, as we get more and more squads, squads will get first dibs on space.
The division channels will be removed; however, some of the active game channels will remain for people to LFG and recruit for their squads. Any channels that are inactive for a month or more will be removed.

We’re currently in the process of rebuilding active divisions or teams so if we don’t currently host a division on your game there are a couple of opportunities. To qualify as an “active” Squad each game must have at minimal 8 people. Launching a Squad is the easiest way to join our leadership team as growing our support on games is something we value highly.
If you would like to create an active division in the clan you can:
Post in discord server to find members that play that game and gauge interest.
Recruit on other platform and game related forums for members to play with.
- 40
Yes! Much like divisions, groups and quads can have events, organize mixers with other groups/squads, ask the Community Engagement Team (CET) to help with a community event, etc.
If you want to have a community event, fill out this Event Request form. A CET member will reach out to help and your event will be added to our event calendar.

Competitive play comes from small teams within the clan and requires ranked matchmaking, ladders or tournaments to qualify as a competitive team. You can join an existing small team or recruit your own and then register it with the clan. As a small team you can get access to streaming/hosting from our channel, promotion from the clan. Small teams that rank high in competitions may get additional assistance based on performance. Your recruitment manager can help answer more questions.
- 44
We are currently focused on rebuilding small teams that are competing in ladders and online tournaments. At the height of our competitive activity PMS Clan had dozens of teams competing professionally all around the world. We are now re-activating our competitive roots and you’ll see most of our upcoming initiatives will be focused along the competitive play and particularly on raising the profiles of competitive women gamers.
- 45
While PMS Clan is building up initiatives to promote and support players and teams, we are not actively sponsoring at this time and make no promise to do so. These initiatives can be expected to take some time. You should not join PMS Clan on the sole premise of obtaining sponsorship, you should join because you care about our mission. That said, we do want to know what top talent is out there. Those that do support our mission and feel they have the skill set to compete at the top level should join and speak to your recruitment manager or email recruitment@pmsclan.com

Support for the clan comes in a few ways:
Leadership volunteers- We need people who are passionate and dedicated enough to help regrow our platforms, game divisions, marketing roles, live stream and more. Check out our Volunteer board here and see our open roles.
Social and recruitment support - It’s critical that people know who we are and our message is spread. Follow us on social and help share important messages when we post them—especially recruiting posts. Tell your friends, your family, and anyone else to come join us!
Sponsorship/Partnership - PMS Clan is beginning to rebuild its sponsors and partners. If you’re with a company who wishes to support our organization or players, please email biz@pmsclan.com
