Code of Conduct
Community Guidelines
Being respectful to one another and providing a safe environment for everyone are the cornerstones of our beliefs as a community. Our Code of Conduct applies to both the PMS Clan's website and Discord server, explaining what is and is not allowed, whether it's user comments or within user-created Squads.
If you find that someone, a squad, or a comment has broken and of these rules, please report it to us. Depending on the report, situation, and evidence provided, we may decide to issue a warning, remove the content, or remove the user and/or squad responsible.

-
Do not organize, participate in, or encourage harassment. - It's normal for people to have disagreements or to not fully get along; however, continuous, repetitive, or severe negative discussions and comments crosses the line into harassment. Don't do it. Petty slights, annoyances, and isolated incidents (unless extremely serious) is not considered harassment.
-
Legal definition of harassment: the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands. The purposes may vary, including racial prejudice, personal malice, an attempt to force someone to quit a job or grant sexual favors, apply illegal pressure to collect a bill, or merely gain sadistic pleasure from making someone fearful or anxious.
-
Legal definition of sexual harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
-
Although sexual harassment laws do not usually cover teasing or offhand comments, these behaviors can also be upsetting and have a negative emotional effect.
-
Unsolicited conduct is the most frequent form of harassment. This is not a dating platform. Our members are friendly by nature, but it’s important you are cognitive if someone might be uncomfortable with what you are saying and the frequency of contact if they are not engaging back. Many times, people find it difficult, feel guilty, or feel bad about telling someone to stop contacting them. If their responses are nonexistent, infrequent, or short by nature, they are likely not interested in engaging in private conversations. For those receiving unsolicited attention, let the other person know if you are uncomfortable with it or please report to your direct leader who can help assist.
-
Other forms of sexual harassment:

Making conditions of employment or advancement dependent on sexual favors, either explicitly or implicitly.

-
Do not submit false reports of abuse, misconduct, or violations of our Code.
-
Do not use or promote offensive hateful terms. - We take disparaging, derogatory or abusive terms seriously in the community. Attacking a person or group because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disabilities is unacceptable. It doesn’t matter what you mean or didn’t mean, it’s what it means to someone else.
-
Do not threaten or intimidate others. - Includes direct and indirect threats, threats of violence, and threats to release private information or pictures.
-
Do not engage in inappropriate conversations with minors. - We have no tolerance for sexual conversation, advances, or any form of sexual references between an adult and a minor or when a minor is present.
-
No unsportsmanlike conduct. - Friendly banter and competition is fine; however, when it is excessive, or you're bragging, don't.
-
Do not cheat. - Refrain from practicing or sharing in the use of hacks, level boosting, connection manipulation, cheating, glitching, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any similar act is conduct unbecoming of our members.
-
Do not promote, encourage or participate in any illegal acts. - This includes child pornography or grooming, selling/distributing dangerous/illegal items and content, gore or cruel content, suicide or self harm content, animal cruelty, violent extremism, pirated content, etc.

If you have problems with any of the above please let the person know or report it here.

Positive Representation
PMS Clan has a high expectation for members in regard to their public image. Members are allowed to associate themselves with the PMS Clan when posting, but must clearly brand their online posts as personal and purely your own. If you post content that could be considered sensitive or conflictive to groups of people, you are advised to remove all association with the clan from public profiles. Any posts that go against our Code of Conduct or values can result in action, including website and Discord server removal, depending on severity. In particular with content, all members should refrain from posting content that is overtly sexual in nature or involves nudity and refrain from illegal drug or alcohol abuse both online and in-game sessions. Dishonorable content such as racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, and physical disability slurs are not tolerated.
