It's usually a program trying to access this folder, renaming/deleting will stop this program from doing what it wants to, so it's stopping you before that happens.
I suggest the most original computer tip, restart. |

could it be that its trying to access it through its original desktop locations since thats in the file name?
Or perhaps that your external drive doesnt recognize you as an administrator? Other than those 2 I dont really have any other ideas, sorry

You have to go into the folder's Properties > Security > Highlight your account name > Edit > At least have Modify ticked or just tick Full Control > Click OK and try again. If you can't seem figure this method out, you can always download a program that will do all of this automatically in seconds called Take Ownership. Just right click the folder then click on Take Ownership. You can download this program by clicking here.

I am finding the same online master card problem as PMS bluejay and i restarted my computer many times but the problem is still there. What i should do? Looking for an expert advice.
