To my count, there were 3 groups of DayZ players.

Sonicwonic/neosonic/ihassword/someone else - other People from my division (bf3)

Beachman/4 people that i heard about in an old steam messages that i didn't get the chance to reply to. (I'm sorry!)

Who likes the idea of getting a PMS|H2O DayZ trading/merchant/Medevac system going on teh forumz? Groups of more than 5 people or so get hard to coordinate, so merging may not be the best option. I do think it's a great idea though if we help each other out when we need to find some gear, save someone who's down in the middle of nowhere, or just swap some teammates occasionally. I could start a new thread and see if it gets traction.

We may not be able to make a DayZ division, but we can coordinate like one!

Id be down for that, I usually have way too many supplys at the end of the night would be nice knowing I could drop them with somebody and they make use with them.

So, does anyone currently have a DMR or a ghillie they'd be willing to trade for a GPS, nightvision, and/or a rangefinder? I was able to find a m24 but it's just not what i'm used to.

How do I launch it through Steam? I've just been using DayZ Commander, but neither Steam nor Raptr seem to recognize it.

I'm sorry! i'm a terrible person! I got a DMR again, but if anyone has an AS50 or an M107 then can i dupe it? A friend of mine just lost his to a scripter who killed him for stealing an ATV.

My friend and I had an EPIC 2v3 fight the other day. He had an AKM and I had an M4 CCO and an M24. We were north of Cherno in the tree line by the field sitting behind a little stone wall. I'm sitting right behind it length wise and my friend is on the left side of the wall.

This is how it plays out:
We were talking in our Skype call and we all of the sudden are being shot at so my friend prones to the left of the wall and I prone behind it. Then we hear someone say in direct chat "We have you surrounded! THIS IS THE DAY YOUR LIFE ENDS!" he says a few more lines like that while I mutter to my self "where is my frag grenade?" So while he is in the middle of yelling I crouch and throw my frag towards his general direction. Well it turns out I missed and he was done being cocky, so they all attacked. My frag bounced off of a tree in front of my friend and blew up right as one of the 3 attackers turns the corner. It blew up about a foot away from the attacker and saved my friends life. My friend was leaning in and out of cover shooting at one of the attackers doing the same. We decide to go in on 3 and we crouch and turn the corner lighting the guy up and I catch a bullet in the gut. We crouch run further down the hill towards the last guy and my friend shoots and breaks his leg so we both ran around opposite sides of the tree fully standing up and light him up, my friend finishing him with a headshot. We check their gear and I bandage myself, we take what we want and head off towards Balota.

Needless to say it was one of the more heart racing moments I've had in DayZ.

Today I spent 2 hours at 1800 blood, broken leg, laying prone and crawling way from zombie spawns while my friends fought first to find me a blood bag, and then hydration and get to me halfway across the map to heal and hydrate me. All for me to die 30 minutes later when we find a bus, check it out, and it's camped by a sniper who headshots me the moment we walk up to it.

I love this game. Frustrating as hell, but damn is it fun.

We have had an EPIC run tonight. Oh dear Lord it was awesome.

Our group got into a server and we found three cars and a tractor, got everyone outfitted up at Stary Sabor (really wish we'd found a heli-crash or two for a chance at better weapons D: Maybe next time), and it was freaking cool as heck! We had an excellent time.

And then some jackhole hacked in a helicopter and dropped buses everywhere so the Admin restarted the server. That server won't be back up until tomorrow and we think he'll wipe the cache so we'll lose the cars, but we had so much fun gathering them up.

To everyone that was there: I LOVE YOU ALL!

Don't know if it's just me but I'm seeing A LOT more hackers recently.

Yeah, been seeing so many lately. It's getting annoying. Especially when they kill spam everyone. Sometimes they're harmless like the cow drops but still boshin' annoying.

Twice now I've had me and all the other players brought to 1 point on the map to be mowed down by hackers. One time I managed to run into the woods while everyone else died but they caught up eventually lol
