http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=73629 APPLICATION FOR POSITION OF: Summary of position: The Roster Manager is primarily responsible for compiling a full roster consisting of competitive, active, and casual members of the division She|He keeps all documents related to the division roster up to date. She|He keeps in touch with the Division Leader(s) and Recruitment Manager(S) to maintain a complete and confidential divisional roster. Requirements for position: Interested PMS|H2O Clan Members must at minimum be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. Expected to maintain minimum of 8 hours of divisional practice attendance, with a probable minimum of 8 additional hours resulting from divisional duties Access to forums on a daily basis Access to Google Documents: Spreadsheets on a daily basis as well as a more than general understanding of the program. Ongoing Responsibilities Maintain privacy and integrity of all private information - Roster information is to be shared ONLY with direct Divisional Leader(s) and Platform General(s) Keep a current (updated weekly) roster list on the forums with Competitive Members, Active Members, General Members (who are actively transferring back into the division ONLY) and Recruits. Ensure that the PMSClan.com Division Roster is kept up-to-date, and according to the standards set out in the section which follows this Responsibilities Summary. (See Editing Site Rosters) If a member leaves, please highlight their name in red and move their information to the bottom of the roster document. Do Not Delete. This is to ensure that should the member return soon after leaving that the information need not be taken again, as well as provides a more complete representation of members current and past. Be available to attend Platform meetings in place of Division Leader. (If necessary.) Be available for weekly/monthly divisional meeting [held at discretion of Divisional Leader(s)]. Be available for weekly/monthly Division Management Meeting [held at discretion of Divisional Leader(s)] Weekly Responsibilities Work with Recruitment Manager to: Ensure smooth transition between recruitment period and start of membership. Once a member has completed the Recruitment period, and the Division Leader(s) have authorized their membership, ensure that the following information passes from the Recruitment Manager(s) records to the Roster Manager(s) records: - Correct Forum name - Correct Gamertag/Player's Name/Character's Name - Correct Recruitment start date, date attended orientation (public/private) and correct Membership Date (ie, the day they passed Recruitment) - Emergency contact Email, IM or Phone number that was taken at the Pre-Recruitment Meeting. - Name of assigned Big Brother/Sister Work with Divisional Leader to: Keep PMSClan.com Division Roster and GoogleDocs Roster updated, reflecting members that have gone casual or stepped down from a manager position. Monthly Responsibilities Check that any recruits who successfully made member during the month are correctly listed on PMS Members and H2O Members Rosters, and that all Managers and Leaders are correctly listed on both the Members and the respective Leader Rosters. If a Member/Manager|Leader is missing, please have the Division Leader request this be rectified.
