How to Set Up Ventrillo

Port: 4000

Not Sure How To Set Up Vent?
Follow These Steps!

Step 1: Go to this link to download Ventrilo.

Click the client version - Version 3.0.5

Step 2: When it is done downloading, you will need to set up a user name.

Click the arrow next to user name and click new and put in the name you would like to use..
NOTE: When you create your user name for Ventrilo, please use your FORUM NAME, which should also be the same name/gamertag/handle you are using to recruit into PMS or H2O.

Step 3: Set up the server you are going to connect to.
Click the arrow next to server and hit New, and choose a name for the server.


Then put in the following server information:
IP: pms.clanwarz.com
Port: 4000
Password: h2oguestpms

Step 4: Make Sure Your Mic Works

Click "Setup" to check your mic settings. We suggest setting up a hot key, as seen below.


To turn off the announcement of when people enter and leave the room, in "Setup", under "Events" ... and turn them off

You are now Ready to Connect to the Server!
Click "Connect"

Vent is used for public orientation and some meetings if they get too big other than that we as console users don't use it too much but its nice to have it downloaded in case you need to use it

Vent orientation is held @ 3pm CST every 2nd Sunday each month

And after that: 4/8/2012

Channel are the different rooms in it. (Sorry, I had to)

But to answer your question - ...eh, It's had better days. Last I checked, though, there's still a good number of people that join it.

If you need help creating a Ventrilo Account, your best bet is PM'ing Snaze H2O (Not Snake H2O as some people have done in the past ), or if you are able to, getting a hold of a Ventrilo Manager/Tech Team member.
