Question for the fellas

Okay of of curiosity I'm just wondering what you guys think when you come across a girl that talks just as much crap as a guy? Haha I personally only start talking when a guy decides to start calling me names and stereotyping me as a female gamer . For example I was in a lobby last night and really got into it with a guy finally it got to the point where we muted each other, soon after that the messages came rolling in one after another from guys in the lobby. Some guys said it was hot (still wondering why) and some guys said I should shut up and other stuff I'm deff not allowed to say. So I'm just wondering what really goes through a guys head when a female opens her mouth and says something back to you?

BTW I am very sweet I just cant stand how some guys like to talk to girls like they arent even human.

I know what you mean I have seen it happen so many times when playing with my friends that are females. I know that they think girls should not be playing games and go clean house or something of the sort. Tho I have had girl kick my but all the time even make me rage quit. I see more and more female gamers playing games then I have ever seen. Witch is good cause now days there are girls out there at war fighting for us. Sorry I cant tell you whats going on in there heads but yea.

my advice is, mute em all at the begining unless you know them. randoms really have nothing good to say and as far as communicating in game... they should have thought of that before they started running their mouth. i for one do my own thing and dont really depend on teammates with their "call outs" for that reason. if they arent being a bunch of idiots then ill unmute the people on my team and help em. (that rarely happens though).

as for what goes through those guys heads... all i can say is they think they can talk big when there is no danger of an butt whooping (real one not a halo,CoD, GoW2 one). back in high school me we had a kid in my class who was a punk and knew better than to say something stupid. but as soon as he got on a console, suddenly he was hardcore and talked down on everyone. pretty pathetic? yes... yes it was.

Same thing as I think about lads that smack talk "moron". Just ignore them, the hasslle is the gaming equivilent of pingiing your braa strap, just getting yoour attention

Mandalore: I know what you mean half my friends list is girls the other half is guys. Since I started playing back when modern warfare came out it's been flipped upside down. I think females make games fun most of them laugh at their mistakes where as guys well some of them might need some meds for it lol.

Darkknight: I usualy do mute them or stay in party chat unless I've been drinking lol then I'm not ganna lie I like to have my fun and talk the crap haha. Half the time when people call something out it's too late your dying as they say it lol. I know what you mean! I have some friends that do that they're internet bullys, it's funny to see people be wooseys in person and macho "men" on xbox. Ahhh that cracks me up

Bah can't stand those kinda guys. It's always those who I crush in the game and then they send me msgs saying I'm a bloody camper blablabla..

I had a 33-2 score on TDM recently and this guy on the opponent's side voice msged me after saying that there should be an achievement for getting 33 kills while camping. I got so mad because I usually use Ghost+suppressor BUT that particular game, i was using Flak Jacket and no suppressor. That really upset me :/ Wanted to reply him with nasty msgs but had to calm down and just ignore it.

In my opinion, these guys who get so worked up are those who just can't handle losing to a girl?

But then again, there are nice guys who msg you after you've had a good game saying 'That was really good' and stuff.

From experiences of people on Halo 3 and Gears, they can be pretty nasty. Just stay in a party and you should be good.

It's funny though, really.

When a girl starts talking smack, and saying you're garbage, etc. You then, take your time and notice her k/d:r is a 0.3 in a Slayer type playlist.

Oh! & when they T-bag excessively, that means they're just trying to assert what little dominance they have over you.

Doesn't mean anything, really.

Girl Gamers, FTW!!!! Look at PMS? The fellas that don't know about PMS, talk trash, because they with they had some sort of skill. Male gamers have always thought of themselves as gods, thus when they see a female online, they feel they have the biggest E-thug (male priv. part) and behind their mic they can say anything they want. When in reality, they're like, damnnn this girl is playing and kickin my butt?!!? so they rage and do the only thing they can do, which is try to be hard and talk trash to a female.

Come game with me =D I enjoy playing with females, I usually just party up so this problem doesn't happen.

I've played with a few female gamers that went pro after i decided to join the military. I talked as much crap to them as i always did. Gender was nothing more than ammo. Men talk trash to other men about how they don't fulfill their gender as well as anything else. BUT there's a difference when the trash talking is all in good fun because you're making an attempt to break your friends concentration and when someone is trying to cover the insecurities of their skill. Or lack there of. I sometimes talk too much trash >.> But i never try to make it more personal than just the screen in front of me. To me its all part of winning but its w/e. As to what i think about females gaming? Skill knows no gender. You either have it or you don't ^.^ and sadly some of my male counterparts cant cope with that T.T

PeNNy PupZ : I agree with you 100% I think more than half the time a guy feels like his ego has been shot rather than his virtual caracter. If it's not that then they probly havent talk to too many girls in their lives haha. There are the nice guys I've came across alot of nice ones but at the same time they try to be nice to 1. Get your number or 2. a couple months down the road ask you for dirty pics. Thats when I start deleting them lol.

Yeah that doesnt show too much but it's very funy to hear them talk crap. As for T-baging I dont do it much unless I'm in search and the guy that decided to talk crap got killed by me I do that for my own satisfaction lol.

I hate trash talkers either way, male or female. I don't trash talk girls so I wouldn't know what it's like to have them talk trash back. Honestly it doesn't matter to me if you are a guy or girl I just view us all as gamers ^-^

I agree. I don't trash ladies or kids and as for trash talkers I normally just block out them. However I do stand up for people I game with when someone is trash talking them. I hate it when someone does that when they hear a girl playing.

Trash talking amongst friends and between random people online are two totally different situations. If people start seriously arguing against others online - I'll probably look down upon it regardless of your gender.
Having said that, I do trash talk my friends all the time, when I know they'll understand its all in good fun. If people get agitated seriously i won't bother them.

I don't trashed talk to females. I do Trash Talk tho only Males I guess it rule for me, but has do something with game not trying talk about anybody lifestyle or nothing just how garbage they are at game. Trash Talking Fun.

Anyway The Females on my friend list I roll with lol it funny because they slap the kids around that say something about them and put to shame. Then Talk Trash back harder then them. My Girls on my list are rudeless dude so it don't even matter to them. lol
