There is a good reason for why leaders decline FR's. I do this sometimes.
All recruits must add the the aaH2O Recruits tag.
You have that tag on your friends list and can view it's friends which means you can contact those recruits and they you if need be.
Why use an extra space on your list when you can contact them and save a space at the same time. 2 birds 1 stone.
