Hey guys i got a quick question about Sleeping and everyone knows that getting less sleep is bad for the body and mind but I want to improve my gaming by mimicking what Pro Gamers do but i can't seem to find the answer to this question.
How many hours of sleep do Pro MLG players or Pro Gamers in general get ? (What time they go to bed to what time they wake up to practice) |

Dude, you cant be serious. everyone is different. i need about 18 hours of sleep every night but my roommates need about 10 minutes.

Maybe this is how it works...
A really good pro = the right amount of sleep A really bad pro = the wrong amount of sleep or vice verus

lol, it depends on the persons skill not everyone is pro or even good at a certain video game, even if you try to mimic a Pro doesnt mean your going to be a Pro. Good luck with your question though...lol

on weekdays when I have school I get about 4-5 hours of sleep |

Studies show that too much sleep is actually not good for you. Mostly because it's correlated to an inactive lifestyle. 7 hours is just the right amount of hours you need. Less than five hours will have a short term effect on cognition. Of course changing your sleeping habits alone are not going to help you become a pro... :P
You should always keep both your mind and body healthy and practice to improve your skills.

Let's see 8 hours of sleep, maybe less, 15 and a half hours of gaming, and a 30 minute bathroom break. Maybe that will help you.

sleep depends on the person as far as a pro everyone is different. some need lots where others dont need much. its more about time management the rest of your day. as far as eating right staying in shape and working with your team.
