big/little sister info?

Soooo I heard some speak about the Big/Little sister program and is there I thread that I'm overlooking that retains details on this? I understand that it's a mentor type of thing and if I feel especially close to a Member, I would go through the necessary procedures to obtain one buuuuut I heard there was some type of mixer thing?


When do those take place and how frequent? Is there someone I should PM about this? Any help would be much obliged .
