i decided to quit smoking everything...if you know what i mean...down to drugs and cigs. To turn my life around, and start living right. I got my socom ladies supporting me thru my hard times and im ready to do this this right. Wish me luck ladies. I jus hope i dont fail. Cuz i really wana succeed!!

right? im doing cold turkey, i done it b4..i quit for 3 years, den my life went down hill, Since my life is getting better, I got a good wifey, a house good life and now ima get clean and find a job. I wana settle down w her, and have a family.

I Jus cant keep living this way. So starting today Im breaking outa this cage. Im standing up, Ima face my demons, im manning up, ima hold my ground. I hve enough, now im fed up. Time to Put my Life back together right now.

You can do it Lee, I have faith in you girl. A little faith is all you need. I don't the drug thing but I just quit smoking after 25yrs on Mothers day May 10th and I have not looked back. I couldnt do it cold turkey cause my withdrawls were too tough to deal with, almost like a heroin addict trying to kick, I went though a very emotional ride. So I had my doc hook me up with Zyban and Im glad he did. If you every crave Lee just grab ur controller hop on Socom and beast some ppl, ur good at that girl. Since I quit when i do think about smoking, I think to myself wow I can't believe I used to smoke, what was I thinking. My whole family were smokers, my mom quit after 40yrs she did the zyban only for about a month and she never looked back. My dad quit COLD TURKEY. My dad is a strong man. My bro hasn't quit yet but he will one day. He says he wants to do it COLD TURKEY. Yikes. You can do it Lee. No Worries, Ur Stong Girl.

most people find "cold turkey" really hard...best of luck and if all else fails, gradually reducing habits can work

I believe you can do it. Everytime you look at one, just look at what you've got going for you. Someone who loves you, a place to sleep, food to eat, and you don't need nicotine to be happy. Remember that. Good luck!
