Help me out by filing a complainT?

These guys have repeatedley been harrasing a few of my friends and me. Uncluding a few other H2O members. They have some serious issues and are hackers and cheaters. They told my friend very inappropriate things about his daughter and he would really appreciate it if you could help get them banned.

Please do not post threads like these on the forums. It sucks that you have to deal with crappy attitudes on xbox live. But these threads are not allowed, it will also not do anything if other people report them. MS is not stupid and they can see if any reports created actually have merit. So please do not create threads such as these on the forums. Have a nice day

man we know these guys in real life its not just an xbl game and the threats are serious. Yes they live in a different state but these guys are people that we know and actually harrass us. I wouldnt ask if it was some stupid guy on xbl.

If these people are going to harass you, they'll just make another account and do ti again. and again. and again

Yes I agree with all these guys. Banning them wont do anything trust me, you should deal with it in real life and I just think you should ignore ignorant people like that. I know there talking about your children and whatnot but everybody has something to say. Only you know the truth there just trying to irritate you and get you all worked up. It's stupid some people need to learn how to grow up. They may sound all tough on XBL but I beat in real life there not s***. I highly suggest you not to post anymore of these threads.

Nvr mind then I just figured u guys wouldnt mind filing a complain since thats what the file complaint and avoid player is for. This exact reason. People say stuff innappropriate u report them it would be no different as if u were in a room with them. What would you do if they said those sort of things to you? I was just asking merely to help with the cause. Yes they can create a new account but at the very least maybe they will decide maybe I should not be such a ignorant person.

Can't help with the real life stuff...but for the Xbox....best thing to do is Block Communications and File a Complaint.

However...spamming messages to your friends or the forums to file false complaints can result in a ban for those filing the complaints. (I say false for the reason if I filed a complaint, I've never even gamed with the guys so it'd be a false statement.)

Edit: Actually...for the real life stuff - if they are harrassing you, then you need to have the situation handled through law enforcement.

Contact your local police. Online harassment is not being taken lightly after that one girl killed her self. If they DO give you a thread, take a picture of it with their account name in the picture, if it's a voice message, record it. This can all be used to help you either get a restraining order against them, or even put them behind bars. Just be sure to take this with you when you go to the police, the guys can't say it's not them.

It was all in game voice... the worst things they have said threw message is calling me "a man lover" trying to use appropriate words. Thats why I say the worst I can do is report and home xbox takes care of there accounts. I have no proof. Its just really irritating to have my xbox spammed out with inv and constant messages of them telling me they can beat me in clan matches. If I go and beat them wich I did they just use extreme profane language and more harrasing words. If I lose its worse.

If they are bothering you in anyway....just file a complaint and block communications. I know it's a anger thing to want to respond...trust me...it's hard not to sometimes, but its the best thing.

Also..if you do block comm and then you send any messages or invites to them, it will unblock them.

As far as the complaint process..from what I've seen reading the Xbox Account Suspension forums, it only takes one valid complaint for the Policy Enforcement Team to take action. It doesn't always happen overnight, but it does happen.

im not getting peoples replies to this guys question.. its a simple question he isnt asking for your opinions which none are very sympathetic, if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all. isnt this 'clan' ment to be a community or thats what i have been told but from what i have seen since i have started being active again is there is very little.

H2O Trooper: I would report them/file a complaint for you but I no longer have an xbox for this similar reason, you get little jumped up kids throwing abuse around at people; yes you also get it on PSN but far less.
