Default Hey im looking to buy a new game for the PS3
but im not sure which direction I should go.

I love FPS and RPG.... I dont really have the cash to just dish out some game I wont like so any suggestions?

Resistance 1, CoD W@W, the orange box (has Half-Life 2, Episodes 1 and 2, Team Fortress 2 (for multiplayer), and Portal all in one game. those 3 should be good for the FPS department and should cost too much now.

for RPG... i cant really recal playing an RPG on the PS3 so ill get back to you on that one.

Resistance 1 is too short. CoD W@W is annoying and if u have MW2, stick with that. Orange Box is good since it's a bunch of games in one.

RPG wise, I heard a lot of good things about Demon Soul, very hard but fun. Dragon Age, very very long. And if you're patient until March. Final Fantasy 13 comes out, which I'm excited for. lol

Ive only played it on the 360 but I am loving Dragon Age. Its very similar to Oblivion if you played that. O and theres always the great fall back of Modern Warfare 2

well yea, story mode is short, but there's SpecOps and online play which extend it.

Resistant 1 not many play online anymore. More is on Resistant 2. That one is fun yes. I remember playing that online with cattle.

As for annoyance. yes, lol, W@W and MW2 is both very very annoying

Haha you guys I totally already have MW2 (Im on team Omega with some awesome talented girls). Ive already beated W@W and played the Multiplayer 10 days+ (I guess I should have mentioned this when making this thread haha)

Im gonna try the Orange box and Demon Soul. I need something for my boyfriend and hes big on the RPG. SOOOO THANK YOU!!!!
