It's that time of the year; the winter i-series event!
I partook in my first LAN event (i37) earlier this month with KarMa H2O, H2O Light and H2O Smallfry; it was AMAZING. That is no exaggeration, the atmosphere there is awesome and the time you have with your friends is even better. We really don't get a big enough turn out as PMS|H2O for this event. This is the biggest LAN in the UK and as any respectable gamer I believe you should at least attend one of these in your time here

Sadly, I didn't post this early enough, and there are only 10 days left to get your tickets at discount price (but of course they're on sale up to October), this event is taking place at Newbury Racecourse on the date of the 13th-16th of November.

I'm yet to order my ticket until I get confirmation of at least some of you guys coming; So if you could make it, please do.

Yes you are correct my friend Newbury from me is around 10minutes or less.
Also another weird fact but before i moved from Banbury my home town i was still only 20 minutes away from Stoneleigh so either way i live fairly close to LAN events ay aha

Erm not sure if ill be coming to this lan because of being so far out for me, unless i get train down but means i cant take my pc down because i wont be able to take my xbox as it won't connect to the network unless i buy a new one. If i do decided to go i won't be able to go for the early bird anyway. Ill check the multiplay forums for transport from nottingham and maybe see you guys down there if i go.

Dwayne why not bring your laptop and maybe if we talk with the css guys/girls see if we can all get a clan box may be an idea that way you can still wit with us and also you can bring your pc?

Marcus mate check out This thread for what to bring, and if your getting into Basingstoke station then id be able to give you a lift from there as its like round the corner from me.

Dwayne, this time its in a different place so you might be able to connect your console to this network instead.
And i'm sure Charlie is willing to pick up some guys from the train station

Secondly, i had the date wrong, it's 13/11/09 (Friday) to 16/11/09 (Monday), the date above was during the week.

Lastly, a clan box would be great but we need 22 people; but if we could get such a turn out, it would be awesome.

then bringing everything on the train,

Ok Firstly I believe it was atchually Dwaynes network port on his xbox that broke so either way he would be screwed so to speak regardless of the network type etc.

Also a clan box we would definitely be able to get as i believe you wernt aware but our pc side of the clan attends the i-series events quite reguarly apart from i37 just gone and if im not mistaken (correct me if im wrong Dwayne) but theres roughly around 10 of them going and also a further more cod4 girls so im sure we can cook up some numbers.

Marcus mate 87 for a 5 day lan event internet payed for oh believe me its worth it.

And to both of you guys i dont mind picking people up from Basingstoke station preferably only space for one more person due to bags aplenty etc but if i was to pick you up from Newbury abit of petrol money would be great.

Think our css team did go to i37 mate they just played under twisted play and good looking gamers i think mate and then for our cod4 girls they have moved to infused. Unless we have another team but i do know that out PMS css side didnt attend i37 but they are trying to get some players together for i38.

also, i have a friend who joined in april, but due to losing his xbox couldnt continue and went casual, getting him to re apply now and he can maybe come with me, to make another person to come

Well for me to get to newbury race course without the trains taking me a long way and me having to change like 3 times because i have to take the london underground. I will have to get a train from derby to readin and then newbury. The from newbury to newbury race course unless anyway wants to pick me up from newbury rail way station wink wink.

But i think the numbers with us guys going and then the pc side its about 20 people. Will won't be able to get a clan box though as the pc side wants to get our sponsors name out there but they did say we are more then welcome to sit with them.

I won't be able to make a decision whether or not I'm going until I get my uni timetable sometime at the start of October, and even so, it depends whether they've got anything interesting going on that's worth going for; although I would love to go back to Newbury after going to i33.
