So as some of you know, a few of us PMS gals and a few H2O's went to a COD4 tournament this past weekend! We all had an awesome time and were glad to finally put faces to the voices we hear almost everyday.

Attendees: JeepChick PMS, PMS DarkSecret, PMS Bang Bang, PMS ElFi, PMS Pwncess Kia, PMS VULCAN, Puck FTW, LadyLiliBean, H2O Unpopular, H2O Phr34k, and H2Or Punk Kanta

Unpopular played with 3 other randoms and Punk played with 3 other randoms as well.

On Saturday, the first day of the tourney, the PMS girls ended playing first in the ladders. It was a best out 2 out of 3 on hardcore team deathmatch. We won our first match for the first ladder and waited until it was our turn again.

Next up was Puck and Bean's team, who sadly, got knocked out of the first ladder, since the team they played against did nothing but noob tube and m14 the ENTIRE match. it was quite obnoxious and kinda freaked us girls out because we knew we would have to play against the 'noob team' as well.

We played our second ladder match later in the day and we ended up playing the noob team, who's team name was 'Try Hard.' They picked first map and chose Showdown and did nothing but noob. ALL FOUR PLAYERS NOOB TUBED US. they won the first map so we chose the next map, Backlot, (since we had played this map previously in the day and won on it) and again, we were hounded with tubes. Unfortunately, we were knocked out second ladder.

BUT....

Unpopular and Punk, who were playing with random people theyd never met, were still in the game. Unpopular's team did VERY well, but was eliminated by Punks team in quarter finals. Punks team got to play against an MLG Team, 'vBi' who they lost against, but were grateful to have played with! BTW, vBi were sooo kind and extremely cool to be around and were even wanting to play a friendly scrim against the PMS girls at some point! Punks team came in 4th place and guess who won the entire tournament.....the NOOB TUBERS!! lol. we were all a little annoyed with the outcome, but we all agreed that it was a bit more fun the meet each other, hang out, and have a good time.

While the tournaments were taking place, Phr34k set up his personalized Rock Band drum kit in the lounge and set up a regular drum kit next to it, allowing people to challenge him. It's one thing to see him play over the internet, but to see it up close is freaking awesome! At one point, he beat a kid playing on expert with his HANDS. no sticks. haha. we actually have a video of it, so it will get posted soon.....and no, no one who challenged him was able to beat him.

Regardless out the outcomes, it was a good time and we plan on going again next year!

Sweet. I so wish I could have gone. Glad you ladies all got to meet and had a good time. To bad about the "noobs". hehe

Oh wow. Fantastic write-up on the event, Vulcan! Those darn noob tubers, though!

BTW: I have the no sticks vid of Phr34k on my PMS profile page now as well as some other youtube vids on my youtube account from the event. I wish I would have recorded Jeep playing against him other than a few pixs. That was classic. <3
