My Problem with Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Play with Anyone doesnt seem to work, I either get a network error OR no one connects to me OR someone connects and it says they are brawling... anyone else getting issues like this?

Mine works fine. It says they are brawling and u give it like 20 seconds and then the fight begins.

This seems similar to NAT issues on the 360. Try opening some ports on your router (no idea which ones tho)

really u think so? I thought i wouldnt like the Wii mote but it is kinda groovy.
Takes getting used to but over all it is pretty neat & responsive

I have tried all 4 ways of playing it. I have to give Nintendo credit they do give you options on how to play it lol

I use the Gamecube controller the most,I use the nunchuck and remote sometimes. It just takes getting used to. About online,I have no problems with it either

nintendo has never been good with internet. i've not even tried it on the new advance wars or super smash, all i know is nintendo wants us to use friends codes, so i'm going to check some forums and get a bunch of "friends"

also, loading is frequent and takes forever, that really bugs me

I have stuck with using the gamecube controller. Does anyone know if this game will take off in tournaments and if so what controller do you think they will make everyone use? Or do you think you will use which ever you prefer?

I think if it becomes a tournament game that they'll allow any of the 3 types to be used.

btw Stardust it was nice playing with you last night Need to get more people in with us those CPU players were hard!

I can't even get online to play now. I get that Error code. I am going to try to open ports for it,also I tried to join a friends room and it gave me that nice Error message lol

what is the best time to you guys to get on? I need to start organizing practice times if possible lol

I usually log on around 10pm EST because the servers ALLOW me on then, and play till about 1 or 2 am

I found out what was wrong,it was my router. I connected directly with my wired modem and it works just fine. So when I get on only my Wii will be connected. there will be no other way to contact me (xbox live,on the PC)
