how would u set up a vpn server in windows vista behind a router.

The easiest and more reliable way is to get get a router with vpn built in. DLink makes a great one (for home and affordability that is). Easy to set up too. IT's the DI804-HV... I'd go this route as apposed to relying on Vista to do it :P
