Hey Guys, I started Cleansing today, i'm feeling great too! it's not too late to join me if you want to I will be eating only RAW fruit and veggies during this with small amounts of protein (a few beans and nuts here and there.) I know, that sounds rough, but I know I can handle it. I'm also drinking lots of water, Kombucha, and Lemonade (the master cleanse kind) during this cleanse. But, if you want to join me, it can be flexible for you. I'm doing this through December 4th. But you could do it for just a day or two if you want. And it doesn't have to be as strict as mine if you don't want. Anyway, just thought i'd share. We can post updates here to say how we're doing. I hope I get a lot of participation That's all the info I can think of right now, I'm sure I'll come up with more.

Well I weight lift 3 times a week so i know abit about diet and training. I think something you've missed is that you will need to be having more protein in your diet. A high protein diet along with the correct training and you will have a more 'toned' body.

I just got off a week-long fast a couple weeks ago.. only drank orange juice and milk for a week.
Ever since then, I've been trying to eat healthy. Not sticking to certain foodgroups, just healthy in general.. More lettuce, less fat, no soda, and more fresh foods in general (Since I cook a bit, I stopped buying any packaged/canned foods). I don't really have much to contribute to this thread in terms of participating, considering I'm not fasting/cleansing/working out. But, after recent hard times in life, I thought my body needed a little cleaning up, and I feel a lot better now that I'm doing it. Might sound kinda corny to some people, but it seems like I balanced out my life a little just by eating correctly. Hope everything works out. As I said, I wont be cleansing, but I'll keep eating healthy, and thus hopefully this thread can find a place for me somewhere :o. |

that's really awesome. Yeah, every once in a while I like to do something like that because it just makes you feel better. I like to do something different every time. One day i'll do a smoothie cleanse, only consuming what can be drank in a smoothie (drank?) so, thanks for sharing

Ill be more than happy to participate with your Cleanse, I was under the impression that it was nothing but that liquid and that just seemed like torture but I like raw broccoli and mushrooms in my salad so that I can do. But I hope it really doesnt mess me over cause I have Jury duty that week and the last thing I need is to pass out while in the court room, lol.

Join the reserves and do the pilot's course. That'll be enough of a "cleanse" for a lifetime.. I guarantee it. xD
