Orientation Jitters... - PMS

Okay, I just sat through an awesome orientation led by hot chief PMS. It was so helpful and I'm so much clearer about everything. But DUDE - I'm so psyched out now! Good grief - it's not even a week into this month thing and I'm wiggin' ! Oh my goodness! What if I don't get in?!?! What if I'm one of the "you were good, but we just don't have room for you" people. Holy monkeys! What if.... what if.....!!!!

Ahhhh!....................................... ...Okay, I'm back. Am I the only recruit that has temporarily gone insane with fear?!?! Yikes.... What happened?!?! What did all you PMS girls do to me?!?! I was fine a few weeks ago in my ignorance.... but now..... Ahhhhh!!!!!

I'm sorry we've made you nervous now, that's not our intention. We just want to let you all know what you're getting into

All the ladies asked very good questions that I never thought of when I joined. And it's not so much that we don't want everyone, but we have limitations and such on how many people we can recruit each month.

I know it's not your intention - you guys are so welcoming... and nice... .and gosh-darn cool

.... which is why I want to be a part of it so bad! I guess I was a little arrogant in my confidence that I would be accepted.... last night I got a little wake-up call.... and the fact that I NEVER talk was really weighing on my mind as a negative mark on my card. Nobody really knows me!!

I can IM all day long... but I'm just really quiet in person.... except when I just died and want my death to be avenged

. But thank you for your little comments about me at the end.

I like you best now! lol My "love-language" is totally encouraging words - so I REALLY appreciate it.....

I for one wish you the best of luck! If you need a forum campaign to help ya out, I'm here for ya!

lol. I am also hoping I can get in with the H3 boys, as I have be dying for so long to just find a good group of people to play groups with. It gets lonely always playing solo sometimes lol.

Haha trust me, it's something you grow into. I'd say for the first 2 months of my time in the clan I was totally quiet and shy. Now you can't get me to shut up. But you've been great so far, so I'm sure you have a good chance! Up to the leaders and staff I guess.

And it is a wonderful community, not just our clan, but the H2os and the forums and just all the lovely people here

Even if you aren't a "member" of either, community members mean just as much to us. We should definitely play more often!

I would totally love to play sometime. I think it's amazing.... not 2 weeks ago I was complaining to my husband that I had no one to play with on Live... I had a total of 5 friends.... including my husband, my little brother, and my dad.... it was really sad.....

But now, oh my goodness, I have, like, 40 something friends.... I love always having someone to team up with. It's awesome. I've even made some H2O friends *I don't even remember how that happened

=) i've been in PMS for almost 3 months now and i'm still shy to talk haha, but i'm getting more comfortable with talking and acting crazy

. and it's okay you don't talk lol better than you running around saying "WHOOO YEAH GET OWNED NOOB *shoots*" :] now that would make a negative mark on your card lol. <3333

x euphoria - yeah, I guess being quiet is better than that.... actually, I tend to get really mad at Halo. I totally yell when I'm mad.... I've really had to work on that since learning the expectations for PMS..... it's difficult, but sometimes I just have to turn off the mic for a little bit...

But I don't get mad at you guys!!! Mostly its at guys who just dissed me in the lobby and I'm trying super hard to make them eat every word they just said....

Pencilposer - but if I'm a mindless zombie that's super awesome at Halo.... that's a different story....

I can handle rejection, but I'm just so excited/worried. It would be like waking up at Christmas and getting no presents! Like working all your life and getting fired a month before retirement! Like your xbox frying a few days after the warranty expires!! (which happened to me

) I'm not sure why I'm so passionate about it -> and I'm probably a dork for being so.

But I think I've stumbled on/been led to something really cool. So if I DID get rejected - yeah, it would be the end of the world for a few days - but then I'd try again

and again and again until you're so sick of me sticking around you either a) get a restraining order or b) let me in. It's a 50/50 chance - I can deal with that.....

i seem to remember playing with you once before and you were pretty good at the game. but not talking doesn't really give ya negative points, in fact, lol, it seems like you talk a lot on here. just give a few words here and there and eventually you'll get to bein a fun chatterbox, i was the same way when i first joined h2o, and still sometimes am. but once you get over it you'll have tons of fun with pms and h2o alike

if you want another friend dont be afraid to send me a fr. i'm always up for playing with pms/future pms girls (GT: H2O Skywalker)
