The thought just came across to me that a shoutbox would be pretty neat on here.

Having a shoutbox would be pretty cool, but we have the chat feature back now.

The chat accomidates the immediate conversation necessity, anything goes should cover the spam necessity. A shout box is kinda in between the two and a real pita to moderate lol.

Believe me, I know all about moderating a shout box. Back on one of the forums that I used to post on (I was an smod there) we had one idiot who would smiley spam the shoutbox. It would cause about 90% of the user's browsers to crash.

I just wish there we're more people in the chat around night time. T_T

I really should start idling in IRC again, but i just haven't been in there much lately. I miss it, two years ago i had a blast in there. Team HUGZ ftw!

No shoutbox sorry. They really are just a silly feature that does not look organized. Waste of time to moderate and not really that important. As Rip said you can use the IRC Chat function.
