Not sure if I might have missed this somewhere else in the forums, but does PMS have a TeamSpeak server running? or maybe a Vent?

Vent yes.... not sure about teamspeak because it blows

We use TeamSpeak alot. It works fine for the amount of people we always have on.

Yes he had it backwards. There is a PMS TeamSpeak server, not a vent server. A few of us have our own Vent servers like myself and Hatori, but they're not "PMS" servers.

There is also a vent server I know the CS ladies use (and yes vent is a bit higher quality and whatnot, but we've got a very nice sized TS server). I'm not in it as much as I used to be sadly, but i'll pop back in on occasion i'm sure.
