thats just the analysis of it. and he doesnt really go into detail with some of the stuff i saw. some people are just better at finding cool stuff i guess

That is my guess. Other people are guessing it is some new weapon or whatnot but we havnt seen what the overshield looks like yet. If that is different than H2 (Just like it is from H:CE) than im pretty positive thats what it is.

Maybe Bungie is going to give us the option to place weapon and powerup respawns is different locations on the map, instead of its one designated spot. Maybe, instead of having the sword spawn there, the gametype allowed the camo to spawn there instead.

Maybe the gametype allowed a randomized spawn setting, where each new spawn at that location would be a different item.

The analysis doesn't even show the ATV. The original vid showcases the ATV at one point. As well as the warthog.

Also, if you didn't get into the beta, but one of your friends did, you can venture over to their house and play splitscreen mode with them. Up to two players at once. And the save film feature will be available in the beta, in limited fashion.

why would they change the look of the camo from what it has always been? the camo has always looked the same as well as the OV. im not sure what it is and i dont think im going to try and think of anything, just wait until the beta and hopefully the maps we get to play have this "magical blue orb" on it.

It could be a new powerup of some kind. I doubt it's a weapon though.

Last time i checked, Halo: CEs camo and over shield looked nothing alike. Wasn't the OV red or something?

Alright so i just checked, the camo is the same as H2 so i guess im wrong but the OV is indeed red and not yellow like it is in H2. But if you look at it, it looks like the blue all inside the transparent triangle.

Im going out on a limb here and am going to say that the blue orb is a new piece of equipment. Not a powerup. I would think that Bungie would get rid of the powerups because the equipment seems to have the same qualities and is more balanced. I mean really who wants to go up against a guy with the overshield and the bubble shield.

That is a logical thought. Perhaps they are going to go back to the old health bar from H1. But even then, a person could camp on a healthpack spawn with a bubble shield wrap and just continue picking up the health as needed.

Who knows.

The same people that want to start with only the SMG in Halo2, lol.
That idea does make sense, maybe there will be camo equipment if thats the case. We will find out in about 2 weeks.

So anyone else checked out the new vids? It looks like the character custimization will be more advanced this time around. The video is pretty bad quality but it looked like you can choose a color for each armor piece almost.
