So at the end of last year I started the process of joining the League division then I had back surgery so have been out of it for a while and busy with school, work and physical therapy, but now I'm back! But, I don't know what I need to do next. I already got the vent account set up, do I just need to do an orientation and then start doing practices?

I did. And I got the pm with the rules and info about joining. I am just a little unsure if I can still do the orientation or if I need to do something else since it was a while ago.

Yup. I believe that you'll have to reapply like a new member. It shouldn't be a big deal, though. Just get things squared away with Winterrose ^ and we'll get this sorted out.
