Hi and welcome!! The mission of PMS & H2O Clan is to provide a competitive, fun and positive environment to female gamers. I'm the Practice Manager in the Halo Division and we have both types of practices. We have casual practices that encourage competitive play. It's certainly the choice of the gamer. Our practices are a stepping stone to competitive play and a bonding time with division members. We have all types of personalities and love them all!
