He's level 8, so he doesn't have that many items. The glitch occurred because Lee and Amumu were standing on the exact same position because they both used a latch-on ability (their Qs). This distance of 0 probably messed up the calculation of how many bounces the E is supposed to have. Seeing it prefers nearby enemy champions over other targets, it had a 100% preference to bounce between Amumu and Lee Sin, and because there was no distance traveled it didn't add up towards the limit of bounces. Result: infinite bounces until either Lee Sin or Amumu dies and thereby making the distance for bouncing (between Ryze and whoever is left alive) non-zero.

TL;DR: Zero distance. Glitched up number of permitted bounces. Infinite bounces until either Amumu or Lee Sin died. Lee Sin had least health.
