Q' about Div-transfer

Hey all,

Been around for some time as a PC LoL Recruit, than went AWOL for quite some time due to personal issues, but had a question about Division transfering.

Mainly: How does it work? Do I just have to contact the division leader of the division I'm currently in and the leader of the division I wish to join or...what?

Also, haven't been around much so just wondering what all I've missed. :P

As you do not have full member rights, you would probably need to restart your recruitment in the new division. I would post an application in their recruitment section and go from there.
