Just went through AC Revelations for my second time.....and i understand why AC III takes place in "the mohawk valley". The final scene in Revelations where you see the surrounding area of the farm, and then the doors open....you are in the mohawk valley area. And further speculation suggests that AC III is in the revolution because i bet desmonds ancestor connor has either seen the vaults location in some indirect way or something like that.....god i love how this game foreshadows and writes their storylines
