Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers
PMS & H2O Clan
In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. Zeus ordered Hephaestus, the God of Craftsmanship, to create her using Water and Earth. The Gods endowed her with many talents: Aphrodite gave her Beauty; Apollo, Music; Hermes, Persuasion; and so forth.
Thus her name: Pandora, "all-gifted".
When Prometheus stole fire from heaven, Zeus took vengeance by presenting Pandora to Epimethius, Prometheus' brother. As a final gift, Pandora was given a box which she was not to open under any circumstance. One day feeling lonely and impelled by her natural curiosity, Pandora opened the box and all its contained evils escaped and spread over the earth. She hastened to close the lid, but the whole contents of the box had escaped, except for one thing which lay at the bottom…Hope.
THE REST OF THE STORY…
Feeling the need to right her wrong, Pandora created a clan comprised of elite women warriors from the mortal and immortal realms. This Clan’s mission: to protect Hope, and begin the difficult task of collecting the escaped evils to return to the box. These elite warrior women are known today as Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers (PMS Clan). To aid the forces of Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers, Zeus took a little of the water from each PMS Clan woman to create an elite group of warrior men now known as H2O Clan. You can still find these two select groups fighting courageously together to help Pandora’s noble cause….
Letter to the Community:
The mission of PMS & H2O Clan is to provide a competitive, fun and positive environment to female gamers.
PMS Clan (formerly Psychotic Man Slayerz, now Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers) was born from the camaraderie of finding other girl gamers in a male dominated online gaming community. Because of the original sparseness of women in the online gaming community, and the amount of harassment female gamers are submitted to, the PMS Clan was founded to provide a competitive, fun and positive environment for female gamers.
Since it's inception in 2002, PMS has become one of the most recognized female oriented Clans in the world. Members from all walks of life are integrated into one community, sharing one passion – gaming.
