Competitive Team!!!

Listen up Gears! Your mission, should you choose to accept it.
Our leader has just handed me information on small teams. One team is the Mercenaries Gears, they meet once a week to execute a threat and then go back to their marry lives. The second team is The Elite Gears Squad! This team trains day and night to not only execute the enemy but to let those grubs know who the best is and who’s not running away from a fight.

Mercenaries Gears:

• Consist of 1 or more NON-Gears Divisional Members (ie. Casual Members, H2O Members, PMS Divisional Members of ANOTHER division outside of GoW)
• NOT eligible for Small Team Sub-forum in Battles Section.
• NOT Eligible for "Small Team Captain" Badge on Forum name

Elite Gears Squad:

• Small teams consisting of ALL PMS Gears Division Members
• Are eligible for a Division Small Team Sub-forum if they compete in 5+ matches on Gamebattles or other recognized Battles/Tourneys.
• Small Team Captain is eligible for "Small Team Captain" Badge on their Forum name
• Must make at least 4 hours a week to remain competitive/active on the small team while also continuing to make at least 4 hours of divisional practice
• Must make 8 hours/week to participate in any matches. In other words, be competitive within the division
• Must sign up on Gamebattles and send their username to their team captain as well as posted in the PMS Gears Roster thread

There’s a sign-up sheet below, be clear about your choice Mercenaries Gears or The Elite Gears Squad. Choose wisely my fellow Gears. Our lives, family and country are at stake here.

Mercenaries Gears or The Elite Gears Squad are unpaid actors. Please do not use the team’s names, they will get upset. They are very sensitive actors in Gears armor.

I would love to come to competitive practice!! but I might be a little late due to my job! ..Weekdays I don't get off till 5:30 central time!! and weekends are good for me!!! and I would love to join the elite gears squad!! even tho I'm a noob!!! lol see you ladies tonight if you are on!! <3!!!

So the 1st competitive practice went well. We had bots at first then humans started showing up, lol. Also needs lots of work with call outs, spotting, weapons training, running a play and talking with each other!

Oh how I wish I could join the team for competitive practices, I may in the near future but for right now I am barely making it to 4 hours giving I'm in school full time, full time job, and being out of town right now for meetings...yikes! I will see how things go over the next few weeks if things slow down a bit I would love to.
