MLG $1,000 Call of Duty 4 PS3 Challenge!

A while back I posted asking the community for support in a poll to petition MLG to host an online tournament for the Playstation 3 community -- and MLG answered!

Here are the details straight from the website:

"The community has spoken, and we have answered! Registration is now open for the Call of Duty 4 PS3 Challenge on GameBattles! Now Playstation 3 players have the chance to rip it up in Call of Duty 4 and make some cold hard cash while they’re at it.

Check out the prizes below, and be sure to get your team together and register as soon as possible. The ladder opens for competition on March 31, but registration is open now! Ladder competition will end on May 5, and the top-ranked teams will compete in a Playoff Bracket to determine who takes home the prizes. You can find all of the rules and settings within the Call of Duty 4 PS3 Challenge Ladder.

If you’re unfamiliar with the process of entry-fee competitions, please refer to the Credits section of the GameBattles Help Center. This particular competition requires 20 MLG Credits per player in order to participate, and may be purchased through the MLG Store.

Prizes:
1st – $750
2nd – $400
3rd – $200
Entry Fee = 20 Credits (Buy credits in the MLG Store)"
