We rarely get weather like that, at least here in southwest Virginia.. other places are used to it so barely closed at all. We just weren't equipped to deal with it; combined with the age of my old high school, and the weight of the 3+ feet of snow sitting on top of it, the gymnasium at the high school collapsed. o.o;
