I haven't met any of the BO girls, but hopefully you enjoy the division. Good luck with your job application- hopefully it works out. I'm a Junior, so I still have next year. I'm also staying a 5th year for athletics, but I'm only sticking around for the Fall Semester. So, I should be done around December 2012 (Perfect Timing).

What Division are you trying to recruit for? I think different Divisions have different guidelines. However, the general idea is you create an introductory post in the Introduce Yourself forum. After you have done this, go through the recruitment sub-forums to your Division, click on the Application link at the top, and create a new issue (Application). If I'm not mistaken, I believe you have already done all of this. Now, you just have to wait until a Recruitment Manager contacts you. They usually reply to your Application, so check their regularly.

I'm doing ok, just busy with school and sports. Congrats on nearly finishing up with school! That is pretty exciting, do you have any jobs lined up?
