Looking around for others who enjoy this as both a hobby or Commercial. A group full of other gardeners to learn,communicate,express knowledge to those who are inexperienced or those who are looking to start a garden for the very 1st time.
Gardening is helpful with stress relief and can break down sadness or anger. In other words it keeps you relaxed and removes such feelings giving you the chance to think over what you were originally upset/sad/depressed about and what brought you down to that path.
