What do I need to do, in order to become Member of the Clan?
In order to be an accepted Member of PMS Clan, Recruits must be female and for H2O Clan, Recruits must be male.

Potential Recruits for both Clans must follow the following steps:

1.) Post an application in the appropriate Division's recruitment forums.
2.) Fulfill all recruitment requirements and expectations for the full recruitment period. (Requirements may differ slightly based on game. Find the pertinent information in the appropriate Division recruitment forum.)

To maintain membership in a game Division, and thus be considered a "Division Member", Members must maintain a minimal of 4 hours (or other game appropriate measure of attendance) of Divisional practice.

All Members who are unable to maintain mimimum requirements will be moved to "Clan Member", and remain so until they become active within a Division, or communicate they would like to leave the Clan.

If I register on this site, does that mean I am a Member of the Clan?
Nope, sorry! PMSClan.com loves it's many vibrant community members, but you are not an actual Member of PMS or H2O Clan unless you apply and complete all recruitment requirements of a Division of the Clan.

But why is PMS Clan female only?
Let's face it, there are tons of stereotypes that exist about female gamers running rampant in the online gaming community. We strive to combat these stereotypes by proving that girl gamers have skill, dedication, and can compete with all the guys, as well as provide a safe and fun environment. The best way to achieve these goals is to keep PMS female only.

The guys are certainly not forgotten! H2O Clan was created to allow the men of our community to best support the PMS ladies, to have their own Clan identity and we have many co-ed Divisions where needed.

Do I have to add PMS or H2O to my tag if I join the Clan?
While PMS|H2O strongly encourages Members who pass the recruitment period to add PMS or H2O to their gaming names, we do not require it on games or platforms where Members must pay to have it changed. Games that enable gamer tags to be added in game must be utilized with PMS for PMS Members and H2O for H2O Members.

Leaders reserve the right to add clan tags AFTER gamer names, members must add tags BEFORE their gamer names.

I want to join the clan, but you don't have a Division on that game/platform/region?
It is the hope of PMS|H2O Clan to provide a safe, positive, and competitive environments for gamers from all walks of life and global locations. If you do not see a division listed of the game you wish to play or the location you wish to play in (Europe, Latin America, etc.), there are still a few options available for you to choose from:

1. Read this forum section to see if anyone has posted regarding possible interest on the game you are interested in. If there is enough interest, a trial may even be in progress, and you may be able to begin your Recruitment!

2. If there isn't a thread, or not much existing interest, you can try to drum up some by posting yourself, and asking for interested Members. In this case, we encourage you to read this thread: Want to Suggest a New Division? STOP! READ ME FIRST!

3. Does the game exist in a different region? If there is not enough interest to get a trial considered, but there is another Division your schedule is compatible with, you may apply for special consideration to be permitted to recruit into the existing Division.

At certain times or events, PMS|H2O members may receive T-Shirts, sponsor product, or other benefits but this is not considered sponsorship.
