What is the PMS|H2O Code of Conduct?

All clan members are urged to become familiar with PMS Clan/H2O rules and standards of conduct, and are expected to follow these rules and standards faithfully while using a PMS/H2O Gamertag and conducting the clan business. While there are many sub rules of the clan, The below code of conducts are managed as NO TOLERANCE Policies- meaning they are grounds for immediate termination.

1.) NO HARASSMENT:

PMS Clan and H2O Clan do not tolerate harassment of it's clan members or outside game players in any way. Harassment can take many forms. It may be, but is not limited to, offensive signatures/avatars directed at fellow clan members, words, signs, offensive jokes, cartoons, pictures, posters, e-mail jokes or statements, pranks, intimidation, physical assaults or contact, or violence.

Any member that is considered acting in a harassing way toward any player period is grounds for disciplinary action and/or termination from the clan. Always respect your fellow PMS/H2O Clan Members AND other gamers. At no time is it acceptable to bad-mouth, disrespect or talk down to any of your clan mates. Not only should you respect your teammates and other gamers, but respect yourself! You should always conduct yourself well while representing PMS and H2O, and remember this goes for in-game, on forums, at events, and in pregame or post-game lobbies.

If situation arises, promptly direct any issues to a leader before going around discussing it in the community. A leader will consult each person involved, the situation will be reviewed, and proper actions will be taken.

2.) NO SEXUAL HARASSMENT:

PMS Clan|H2O Clan does not tolerate sexual harassment. This may include, but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other unwelcome verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature when such conduct creates an offensive, hostile, and intimidating working environment and prevents an individual from effectively performing the duties of their position. Any member reported to sexually harass any other member will be terminated immediately if proof is shown, and when no proof is available an intense investigation will occur and leaders will rule a decision on the situation. Part of the goal of this community is to provide a safe environment for all ages and all genders.

**Absolutely no sexual conversation, advances, or any form of sexual references when a minor present. Any advances between an adult and a minor will be taken very seriously and may result in legal action**

3.) NO RACIAL OR DEROGATORY SLURS:

There is always going to be slang for things both on the game and outside of it. As an all female gaming team, we should respect the usage of certain words while in game play. Because we are all from different backgrounds, and we do all not know the events that may have occurred, we should be careful in the "slang" words that sometimes get tossed around.

In addition, using the word ‘Rape’ in any form or fashion to describe "getting owned" will not be condoned. All members need to work on this, as well as help and encourage other members. If you have a problem with any words or phrases you hear other members saying, please let them know it offends you and let a leader know. Members will be warned if their behavior continues to be inappropriate or disrespectful.

4. NO THREATS OR IMPLICATIONS OF VIOLENCE:

PMS Clan and H2O Clan have adopted a policy prohibiting clan violence of any kind be it physical, oral, or written. Consistent with this policy, acts or threats of physical violence, including intimidation, harassment, and/or coercion, which involve or affect PMS Clan/H2O Clan, will be grounds for termination from the clan.

5.) NO DISRESPECT TO CLAN MEMBERS/PLAYERS:

Belittling, attacking, being overtly rude or mean to others in any way, even in retaliation, will not be tolerated. Always remember you represent every one of your fellow members in every game you play and every comment you post. Show respect to others, even if they do not to you. You will be held responsible for any negative action you take no matter what the situation is. Saying “Good Game” after every match is a non-negotiable, even if the opposing team was being offensive. You may mute any opposing players that are being offensive, and the captain can say “good game” for the team.

6.) NO INAPPROPRIATE IMAGE REPRESENTATION:

We know many of you are proud of your image, just keep it clean. If at anytime there are inappropriate photos found on ANY site that is tied to your PMS|H2O name, it may result in loss of member rights in the Clan. Members have been removed from the clan in the past when photos they thought were safe were posted on a public website, so if it is questionable, don't use it. If you are unsure, please get approval from you division leader. The general guidelines to follow on appropriate images are the following:

•No nudity/partial nudity •No image that is meant to represent a sexual position or pose •No images suggesting drug usage or any other illegal behavior.

7.) NO UNETHICAL OR CHEATING BEHAVIOR:

PMS/H2O insists on the highest ethical standards in conducting itself. Doing the right thing and acting with integrity are the two driving forces behind PMS Clan’s great success story and H2O Clan’s main purpose. When faced with ethical issues, members are expected to make the right professional decision consistent with PMS Clan’s and H2O Clan’s principles and standards or they will be susceptible to termination from the clan. As a part of PMS|H2O all members are to ALWAYS PLAY FAIR! There is to be no cheating/glitching of any kind in online competitive play. This includes but is not limited to, cheat codes, using stand-by buttons, bridging, or ANY other form of cheating. If you are caught cheating or participating in a game where other people on your team were cheating, you will loose your membership from PMS Clan|H2O Clan.

It is the policy of PMS Clan and H2O Clan that the organization is a drug free environment. The mention of illicit drugs and alcoholic beverages in general rooms or with general members is strictly prohibited. While we don’t assume to dictate what you do in your own time, we do expect that you respect others by not discussing your personal interests to other members as some are offended, and we have many minors in the organization.

At any event while utilizing the PMS or H2O name, use of illegal drugs is NOT permitted under any condition. This especially includes underage drinking. Breaking this regulation will result in membership termination for the underage member as well as the member that knowingly provided alcohol to the underage clan member.

By NO means does PMS Clan/H2O Clan tolerate inappropriate relationships between an underage and an adult member other then some leeway given to small age gaps (i.e. 17yr. and 19yr. old); this action is subject to immediate removal from the clan. We reserve the right to attempt to contact the guardians of the underage clan member who may choose to pursue any legal action against the former clan member at their discretion.

10.) NO VIOLATION OF SECURITY:

By no means can you share an account with another individual. No matter if they are your mom, sister, dad, brother, girlfriend, boyfriend, so on. You need to register for your own account with your own password and your own active and valid email address.

If you share one computer with family members or your boyfriend/girlfriend so on and both have separate accounts on PMSclan.com, you need to PM an Admin, Mod, or PMS Leader as soon as you register and make this known to them. We are now actively checking for multiple accounts and if we find several names under one IP, you have no guarantee that we won't delete one of the accounts if you do not notify us.

*Also, due to the nature of the forums and the sensitive content on it (as well as your own privacy), when using a public computer you MUST make sure to log out after visiting the pages. Also when logging in, please do not check the ‘Remember Me’ box, as it will disable an automatic timeout after a period of no connection to the forums. Forgetting to do this is the equivalent of giving out your password and will be treated as such.

No Password sharing- We sometimes share important information in our private forums and that info needs to stay there. So by no means should a PMS or H20 betray their fellow clan mates by sharing their password with anyone. No one should do this. This includes PMS sharing passwords with other PMS, H20’s sharing their password with other H20’s, PMS sharing their password with H20’s, H20’s sharing their password with PMS, or PMS/H20 sharing their password with PMS Community members. You get the picture. You will not pass go and collect anything with this one, you WILL go directly to jail, and leaders will decide your fate on a case by case bases, including and up to possible removal from the clan.

*Please note, no Administrator or PMS staff will EVER ask for your password. All requests along those lines should be directly ignored and the administrative staff should be contacted immediately.

What is the Big Brother/Big Sister Program?

How do I choose my PMS|H2O name?
Many people use existing gamer names that they had when they first came to the clan as a recruit and simply add the PMS|H2O tag to their gamer names after their recruitment is finished. However, as PMS|H2O has thousands of members in this clan, sometimes names are already taken or members just want a fresh start with a new gaming identity. When choosing a PMS|H2O name you should think about it being a representation of yourself and the clan as a whole, so we do not allow sexually explicit, derogatory, or negative names to be used in the clan. You are not allowed to use a name of any current and prior member of the clan, and we ask that you try to stay away from names that are even too similar as it confuses the masses. The best way to see if a name is usable is to browse the FORUM member list which shows all users alphabetically and look at the letter corresponding to the name you would like. It is also VERY important that you look through the "P's" and "H's" for PMS or H2O respectively to see if that name is in use from a member who is part of the clan that uses the tags in front of their names for their forum user name. Please remember all members that add PMS|H2O tags to their name that clan tags MUST go in front of the gaming name as tags after the name are reserved only for leaders. This is to help you identify when leaders are present!

Do I have to add PMS|H20 to the front or behind my gaming name?
. Any platform/game that has the ability to add tags freely, members must use them. All members who add the PMS or H2O tags to their names must put the tags in front of their gaming name Clan tags behind the names are reserved for leaders for the purposes of members immediately identifying leaders present when they are.
