No joke on travel being expensive. I'm looking for a late-year Vegas trip atm and it's about double the cost I paid to go to Vegas in January for CES.

Um from what I know, the only event I'll be seeing this late in the year is whatever is going on in October (I think dallas and MLG maybe?). I'd really like to to make it to one MLG event this year so I can watch some of the guys doing the world of warcraft tournament. I was considering Quakecon, but it kinda snuck up on me and I didn't realize it was "soon". Is it this weekend?

I'll be in dallas in a few days for Quakecon actually (Kind of a b-day celebration and all)
Otherwise if things work out maybe pax. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but travel is just so expensive it doesn't look like much else at this point.
