hmmm so this is my first time trying to do one of these note things - -- hope i posted correctly.
anyways so back to subject.. working out! when i get back home.. dec 13th i will be back to the great northwest.. yip yip hurray.
so a little background of my fluctuation of weight for the past 2-3
i was simply over weight at a whopping 230 LB! so the beginning of 2008 i started cutting weight and working out when i could. i managed to drop a huge 50 LBs before august - when i then attended salt 08' was such a great time! ... although after coming home i just seemed to get lazy again.. muahaha. so beginning of 09 i begin to start gaining my weight back. by july i was 210. i decided to start dieting and working out again and as of now december first i think im somewhere close to 180 or 185. although i feel a lot stronger then before when i was around this weight. i'm pretty confident with my physique right now but i just wanted to set an outline or some guidelines to start shedding more extra pounds. hopefully it will help me reach my goal of 170! now i'm a guy who loves to cook and enjoys eating socially. so i just figure.. the best way to tackle this is burning more calories then i eat, simple enough right? then why are so many of us over weight (including myself)
so i guess here is a little outline of how i plan to work out when i get back home.
monday - chest (small arm workouts to stimulate the muscle group, maybe some forearm stuff)
tuesday - cardio (basketball/swimming/running) any kind of sport, running is super boring and i sometimes just get bored instead of tired when doing this workout.
wednesday - biceps/triceps/back
thursday - cardio ''
friday - chest (small abdominal workout)
saturday/sunday - eat a cow and watch cartoons
well i plan to eat healthier on a regular basis.. i think mostly ill just stay away from frozen foods and things like that. mainly i will try and eat a lot, then burn a lot! i may need to diet pretty strictly at first to begin my ketosis but i should be good once i get a few weeks in.
good luck to me!
