One Way or another

Well I been looking for a better job now for atleast three to four months, and I filled out so many application that my fingers have blisters on them. I had a few hits but nothing like the hit I took the other week.
Let's just say you need to know someone to get somewhere these days in life, and that happen to me a few weeks back. My uncle knew a guy who was a operations manager for a company, and what happen was all I had to do was go take a physical and bam I would be hired I mean great job good benefits 401 k the works.
Well so everything was looking good for me to get this job until the day of the physical. I showed up ready for it and went through a basic physical urine, nerve test, back, ear, and eys test. I passed all but one but before I tell you which one that is let me give you some background.
My family has a rare eye condition that causes the lenses on our eye to not fully develope before we were born which means the lens are to small and they are detached from our eyes so we have no lenses on our eye which yeah you can see how it might be hard to see clearly but my eyes are corrected to 20/35 and for me to pass the test it needed to be 20/40 but they claim I could not see the required line they needed me to see but with our eyes it all depends on lighting and background which words are on.
So I failed the test cause of lighting and the way they had the test set up so I asked to give me a chance in a different room but they refused to do it so in the end here iI am again still searching for a better job to secure my live in the future. I truly hope one day my luck changes and it all works out.

Thanks I tried that already but nothing. They said there doctors have to approve it not mine which I think is a joke looking in to legal matters with them, so we will see what happen, but thanks for posting a comment. Take care.Quote:Originally Posted by PMS Cougar
