Intro to me and my new blog : )
So for those of you who know me, HI!
For those that don't...
I am part of the PMS Gears of War Division, I am currently casual taking a much needed and I would say deserved break, until the arrival of my most anticipated GOTY....Gears of War 2.....
I recruited in May of '07, was then recruited by Athena Twin for the small team Omega made-up of some truly outstanding PMS vets...Jeep, AlySulz, Amaya Chan (to name but a few, I was honored to join), about 6 weeks later I was Co-Captain and a few months after that Captain and have been active until about 2 weeks ago. I have enjoyed my time with Omega and PMS immensely and I am already hating my temporary retirement I miss my girls!
I have been trying to give my other loves (i.e other games) some one on one, as I have been neglecting them so much...
I play H3 (although I secretly miss H2...
), RB6V:2 (would love it if some RB girls would send a friend request) and I am still deciding if I like UT3....
I did not mention CoD4 because I only play it when PMS Ayane Chan forces me to...I know it's blasphemy, but I hate the game.
I play a multitude of single player titles and I am becoming increasingly obsessed with my gamerscore and the satisfying "pop" when my achievements unlock. I am over (barely...lol) 20,000 now and I am greedy for more.
I have a beautiful family 2 pre-teen girls (ekkk!!!) and a 2 year-old boy. My other half "Mr Achievement" aka "H2O Achievement" is a gamer as well, but where as I like to spend about 70% of my time in Gears....he spends about that on gamerscore...he is pushing close to 80,000 legit and is definitely the reason I am slowly becoming obsessed with my GS...anyhow I intend to use this blog to write up my thoughts about gaming in general, but more specifically about my controller-slamming attempts at increasing my gamerscore.
So that sums up my intro...I look forward to sharing and learning some great achievement tips with our community!
