Myself and the rest of the staff at the National Socom League want to wish PMS and H2O good luck in the upcoming season that will be starting very shortly. PMS will be participating in the 8v8 Small Map League and H2O will participating in both the 8v8 and 16v16 leagues.

The season is drawing near and it should be an exciting 2 1/2 months of Socom: Combined Assault. Feel free to visit and register at www.nationalsocomleague.com/forums. It is highly encouraged that members of both squads be active and be a part of the great community we have.

Here is a little background on the site. After Socom 1 had been available for gameplay online for about 3 months, leaders of the clans: DOA, BoE, @NutZ@ among many others became disenchanted with an increased amount of cheating that was prevalent in normal gameplay, as well as, during wars/scrimmages. Tired of dealing with immature clans and cheating, they decided to form a league where only respectable and honest clans could participate.

The NSL was created with honesty, loyalty and integrity in mind. This still stands as one of main tenets of the league. It is an invite only league that only has 16 slots available for each season. It is an honor to be included as one of the few loyal and honest clans to play online in this setting. The usual drama and lack of respect that can be found at some other online gaming sites is not tolerated. In fact, some clans have been banned from participating based on forum behavior alone. So, it goes well beyond what goes on during a war.

Wins and losses are not the main reasons for the clans to participate. It is a place where good, clean fun is found...without the BS. That said, there are some very "elite" clans that play along with the more casual clans that are looking for some honest competition.

I'm excited to see both PMS and H2O in the leagues. Good luck to everyone! I hope to be a part of these forums for quite some time and I hope to see some you ono the battlefield.

Sincerely,

-Bravo-
