Because I think it'd be best that way.
The band name would be as follows:
The Last Janitors of ______
Our band is mostly instrumental/experimental, and some covers.

Sadly the U.S.S.R. is not really a country but a loose confederation of communist states, and I use the term loose lightly.

And it has since kicked the bucket, mind you.
For right now, looks like Siberia is the winner unless a strong gust of voters determines otherwise.
