Ok so i get extremely annoyed by the fact that after you send a PM, you can't send anymore for 1 minute. Could we possibly cut that time down in half or something? I understand why it's there but 60 seconds IMO is too long. Is there a possibility we could change that?

This is set that way to prevent message spam and abuse. Do you really need to PM more then once every minute? I guess 30 seconds would be fine...whatcha think Rip?
I agree. When I get into a serious conversation with someone, I hate having to wait a full minute to respond.

Yeah i know thats why. It's just a pain when i come on with like 5 PM's and i gotta wait 60 seconds to respond to each one. Maybe if the spamming thing is a big enough issue so we cant lower it, could we change something for leaders or whatnot?
