Ever wondered who to contact or how the clan is set up?
Well here's your chance to understand the structure we've got going on here, and for your convenience every name in it will link to their forum profile if you need to get in contact with any of the leaders.
Also if you're in a division and have an issue or concern and your immediate leader is unavailable, it should be easy to follow the lines upward for the most efficient resolution possible!

As our leadership structure changes and new games are added (you may note several blanks currently) the document will be updated, this document is current* as of January 31st, 2007

For Halo 2, you should REALLY list both of the Co-leaders, as some of them are more difficult to contact then others... or list the co-leaders wherever possible.

I'm about a million times easier to get a hold of for Lorelei which might make it really hard for some people. ;/

Well i'm more than willing to make updates / changes, as my disclaimer notes there is no guarantee that the doc is perfect ;)

I was thinking about updating Lady Hera's original document, but I don't think I'll add it to the end of the handbook, like we did originally.

We'll probably pin a separate even more concise one (including PR and graphics departments) since it will need to be updated often and so people don't have to scroll through the handbook.

Google Acrobat Reader - if you don't have it, its a free download for the viewer. No idea why you wouldn't be able to otherwise.
Gyps, I started creating one for that side of things, however I'll need to work with you because I don't know how it all is organized.

we don't have an official leadership structure yet for the ladies css division, but it should be coming soon. star was asking me for input on who should be the leader yesterday, but no final decision has been made.

Well no use getting in contact with Batista because he is no longer in the clan. Right now there really isnt much of an H2O Socom 3 division. Aliki is going through and fixing the PMS division and will work on the H2O later.

I started a new version of this. It ends up having so many positions its crazy. I will try to post it soon but i am having difficulties properly converting a HUGE Visio diagram to PDF.

Also new leadership structure and positions i have to go over with Amber and I will hopefully do that this week when shes with me before CPL Dallas.

So, I know this was posted years ago, but I am a big fan of not re-posting threads, and happened to stumble upon this with ease. Is there a list like this that is valid currently anywhere on the site? I was talking with some members and we were wondering what the official hierarchy was, but couldn't find it anywhere outside of what divisions have posted specifically for their platforms.

There is not an updated version, primarily because people switch jobs too often.
Snake and I attempted to create one that had everyone listed in their appropriate spots, and the next day, someone stepped down and we were a little annoyed at the time, to say the least. (And by everyone, we were only talking leaders and up at that time, I couldn't even conceive of doing one that listed out all the Managers - sorry guys, there are too many of you!!!!)

What kind of hierarchy are you specifically looking for, one that indicates which position reports to who, etc? Or one that literally graphs out who is in what position? If you give me that, I might be able to come up with a better way to do one.

I think since people are changing positions in the clan so often you might be better off just making one stating the position rather than name of the person in that position. It would also save you from having to do one for each division.
It could be as simple as a chart starting with co manager's on the bottom and going through all the positions up to the clan leaders.

Maybe you can do a spreadsheet with postitions listed for say...Captain -> Practice Manager -> Leader ect.....But I also think listing the names of Leaders and up would be helpful.

If there was a spreadsheet, then the Leaders or Generals (or whoever) could have access to update the appropriate information.
