Beowulf

Thought this was pretty cool. They are making a movie on the oldest recorded story in the world, Beowulf.

I read this story in high school and everyone enjoyed it. I am looking forward to this movie. So far I seen no trailer for it. :(

I was the only one in my English class that liked the story, then again I was the only one who could read it and understand it without help. But I'm also looking forward to this movie...also because I like Angelina Jolie.

oooo wow if executed right it will be great- I loved the story- never understood why so many didn't get it or want to. Ahhh well opinions i suppose

I looked into it more. So far no trailors . But, they did say it becoming out in November 21, 2007.

I liked the book "Grendel".....it took the personality of the beast rather than Beowulf....it's very cynical but very interesting....but i guess i'm a little biased bc i prefer prose rather than poetry.....

but it could be a good movie, it would be nice to have a good one for once...hollywood needs to come out w/better stuff...
