The next C&C is coming out soon.. With a built-in kick *** spectator system, so I've heard.. where people who dont even have the game can download a free spectator client, and it has capabilities for shoutcasters (and special shoutcasting commands) built in to the game.

Yeah.. it looks awesome. I'm going to sit back till summer and see which does better.. C&C:TW 3 or Supreme Commander.. then get the one that looks will have more longevity and compeditive fun.

As of right now, supreme commander looks like lots of fun from a massive battle standpoint.. but it doesnt look like there is much depth other than where you position your troops and which weapons you research. C&C3 looks like theres much more depth and strategy involved by means of frontal and rear attacks and being able to reverse your units out of combat for example.

The spectator system looks like it has a lot of potential as well.. not that I have the time to put into getting that good at a game like this - i do have a full time job. We'll see... this year should be good for RTS fans... and when I say that I dont mean '2006 good' with the likes of rise of legends.. bleh.. last year held promise till you found out all the RTS games sucked hardcore.

Company of Heroes is a good game. It's not your traditional RTS thought.

Company of heroes blows c&c out of the water, alot more thinking required
