Hi everyone! The tournament is getting awesome response! I have over 50 couples on the third day of registration. I'm making the new max 64 and expanding the prizes. But this is so cool! We have bf/gf, friend couples, husband and wives and gay couples. It's going to be so much fun!

Congrats to PMS MaryJane and Laid to Res7 who have won the very first ever GamingAngels.com Tournament, All's Fair in Love & War. They also get a dinner for two at TGIF! Congrats to them! Our second place winners, Vixen PMS and IS l haten l will get tshirts mailed to them!

First, I'd like to say thank you for all those that participated. It was a bit stressful and things didn't work out perfectly, but hopefully you all had fun. Our tournament was supposed to be 24, and then expanded to 64 due to overwhelming response. Then with a day before the tournament, I hadn't heard from 32 of the couples! So I decided to slash the tournament in half and we went from there.

There were misunderstandings with the rounds. I don't think I was clear enough about that. Initially, I wanted the rounds to go fast because we had 64 teams. But when it got cut to 32, it seemed that the rounds went way too fast. Also some of the teams were playing differently than others. I deeply apologize for this. Total lack of experience with tournaments did not help in this aspect.

All in all I think everyone had fun (at least the messages I got seemed positive!). The next one will be alot more organized and hopefully run a lot smoother. I think everyone got to meet some really cool new people! Look for the next tournament to be in April. It's going to have a really cool theme, but this time, I'll run all my rules by a tournament expert to make sure I'm doing it right!

Thank ya! :) It was an awesome event, and even tho' people were playing differently, I think you did a great job hosting it. I found it clear it was five rounds, and I wish I would have helped with a bit more thought on the wording for the rounds.

Everyone we played was awesome, very nice and sports[wo]manlike, and put up a great fight. Congrats to all the players, win or lose. It was a fun time, and that's what's important in the end. Vixen and Haten put up a great fight, and it came down to the last round to decide the winner. Our hearts were all pumpin!

Jake and I are here in Cali together right now (I am visiting him) so we are going to go out to dinner before I leave! :) And I'll be doing the next event GamingAngels.com puts on, and I hope there is a great turnout! :) (will it be GoW again? *wink, wink*)
