Well that is requested through vent managers since you seem to not be part of the league division but already a member of another division as per i underrstand.

Do you know who made your vent account? Contact that person and they should have the information - or the PM vent managers [e.g. snaze for example (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/member.php?u=31776).] and they can help you out (:
