Actually, it's quite different, are practice captains are mostly MLG/Competitive now, we still do have a few casual practices.

That shouldn't be a problem, are practice schedule is found here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjgIt9XTaX6ldDJSWTNBWV9mU2Rab05qXzBQaFphb 3c&authkey=COP96doB&hl=en&authkey=COP96doB#gid=0). Just send the practice captain a message asking to join their practice and they should be more then happy to send you an invite.
