The first time I thought about joining PMS it was because I met a girl from PMS in GW and she suggested I join the clan and start a division. It never materialized though because the few players that played GW had left to play WOW. I've since moved on to Counterstrike so I don't play the game anymore. Good luck on the idea though, I hope you find the player base that I was lacking when I tried.

Hello everyone, I'm the one bugging Vendetta to post in this topic for me :) I just was hoping that PMS would start/restart a Guild Wars division. I actually have heard of PMS from a random search awhile ago when I was first starting to play CS:S and that's how I met Vendetta (through CS:S, not the search X3). I forgot about the clan until recently I saw that tag on Vendetta's name via xfire, so I came to see if there was a guild that PMS/H2O had. So I am looking to join if one starts up..since I haven't been around I know I can't be a leader but I can help out as an officer if one is needed.

Crap, the way things are looking I'll have to be leader at first since it doesn't seem anyone else has the seniority for it. As soon as possible I'd pass power off to someone more devoted if that be the case.

Weeelllllll.... PVP has always being a little unbalanced in this game. Like the solo monk builds and the Axer build; Add a bunch of little arrogant brats playing a free game, PVP has a loss of appeal pretty quick. I'm solely PVE.

I've never once been into PvP, it just has always seemed a little off to me. I like sticking to myself mostly but lately I've been getting used to the idea of playing with real people =P

I've stuck mainly to PvE myself, but definetly interested in PvP.

And celestiafire, sometimes playing with real people in games sucks!! lol. I tend to end up playing with immature guys or people who leave half way through a mission. But there are times when the henchies just don't cut it.

I haven't had a bad experience thus far with real people, knock on wood, though I've only done it a few times. As much of a pain henchies are, I have stuck with those.

ok so I checked on Amazon.com and Guild Wars + Factions is $79.81. Is that a good deal or would it be better to go hunt it down in a store around here and buy it?

Well I'm not sure, I got the special edition when the game was released so I don't remember what the normal version costs. *shrug*

I think that's a good deal, considering I paid $49.99 for Prophesies and I think Factions retails for $59.99....but that's here in Canada

Haven't had a chance to play Nightfall other than during the trial weekend but I have heard that it's a much better expansion than Factions.

Well factions was.... weird... as far as I'm concerned. I miss the days when it was just prophecies. Back when I could solo heal in Fissure of Woe and people would message me for it. Those were the days = )

I've been hearing that Nightfall might be the best because of the added features like the heros. I plan on getting it someday once I get stuck in my games again. I like Factions so far, but that may just be because I happen to like the Asian influence...and I go between liking and hating Prophecies depending on how stuck I am.

Yeah from the little I did play of Nightfall the customizable heros was a pretty cool feature.

And for those of you who didn't know.......Nightfall has an African influence to it (as Factions has an Asian influence).

I love the dervish character......using the scythe was pretty sweet!! :D

Was tempted to buy it but have so many games on the go.....and haven't even really touched the missions in Factions.

I am in full support of creating a division/guild in Guild Wars. I no longer play the game since i got addicted to WoW. I quit in Phophecys though lol...i tried so hard to get my FoW armor and i realised how stupid i am for working so hard for armor that just looks better. I havent even gotten around to playing Factions or Nightfall lol. But if we start a division up ill definetly join and pop in casually. I currently have a 20 Ranger/M and a few other odds and ends. I think i might pop in this weekend :)...my rangers name is Snake Presley

The game feels wierd now that I have been playing WoW for about 4 months. Guild Wars 2 was announced so I think I will wait for that. Guild Wars 2 is sapposed to be more like an MMO, so the town isnt the only place to meet people like in Guild Wars 1.
