Recruitment Procedure: 2013
Attention H2O NA Halo recruits or interested applicants. I have compiled a list of a proper procedure when transferring, becoming active, or new recruitment within our Division. This procedure will help you understand what we expect from you, and also what you should expect from us.
If you haven't already, please read the "H2O NA Halo Division Handbook" (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90221). There you will find most if not all the answers to your questions.
Post a proper application. Make sure you completely fill out your application (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/project.php?projectid=41) so that we can contact you and schedule a pre-recruitment meeting with you.
Wait for a private message from the recruitment manager(s). If you do not receive any notification after one week, private message the recruitment manager(s).
Go to your scheduled pre-recruitment meeting. It is a brief meeting where any questions or concerns you may have about the Division or recruitment will be answered.
Pre-recruitment meetings are held every Wednesday via Xbox Live at 8pm EST.
Ensure your name is in the recruit Google doc (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aq5GDb-YWsrodFIxLTFMZnA1SG55Z0Y1QUJabWRCN3c#gid=42).
Complete your required hours of practice. As a new recruit you are currently required to get 4 hours for 4 weeks. Transfers and casuals recruitment is currently 4 hours for 2 weeks.
During your third week of recruitment, request your H2O name through your recruitment manager(s).
Go to orientation. This is a 40-60 minute long meeting discussing the the "PMS l H2O Handbook (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30905)". You need to attend an orientation to complete your recruitment.
Orientations are hosted every Wednesday via Xbox Live at 9pm EST.
Get your rights on the forums. It is the recruitment manager's responsibility to do this once you fully completed your recruitment. Contact your recruitment manager(s) if you do not receive your rights after one week after your recruitment completion.
Change your gamertag (optional). Note: You may only change your gamertag once you complete your recruitment, and recieve your rights on the forums.
